About me

I live in Chicago and spend my time building things, including this website and a software synthesizer called toy synth. I'm into music, electronics, and collaborating with my partner on increasingly elaborate ways to spoil our dog, Hank.

I'm a Senior Software Engineer at Ecolab, where I work on CI/CD in the embedded Linux space. My favorite thing about my job lately is getting to hone my bash skills as I do some Azure Pipelines automation. Before I was purely in the software game, I worked in machine automation, specializing in PLC programming.

Outside of work I enjoy live music and mountains, among other things. I get to see live music more often than mountains, but when I do get to see mountains, I enjoy hiking in them.
